[bt][l2cap] fix includes for Channel

Channel references some symbols that are provided indirectly by sdu.h,
rather than including the relevant headers directly. Update channel.h
to include the relevant headers, so that we don't run into problems
when we change the relationship betwen SDU and PDU.
