[fidlc] Benchmark suite for fidlc This is a small benchmark suite for fidlc, only consisting of 4 benchmarks. It is generated by regen.sh. The deep struct benchmark is only depth 8 because fidlc is too slow to build a deep struct much deeper than that, though hopefully this benchmark can be made deeper as performance improves.
