[text] Add implementation of TextField that proxies to legacy ImeClients

- Implements handling of TextFieldRequest, previous implementation
  always returned errors.
- Enables the test that runs TestFieldTestSuite on this new TextField impl.
- Adds a few more tests to TextFieldTestSuite.
- Updates the TextField FIDL definition to state distances in TextField
  are measured in unicode code points, not graphemes.
