[benchmarks] Rename peridot/tests/benchmarks to src/tests/benchmarks

This is a step towards removing the peridot directory.

Remove some unnecessary references to fuchsia_benchmarks in GN.  The
fuchsia_benchmarks package is only used via products/terminal.gni
since issue 42288 was done.
