[fshost] migrate away from c fidl bindings

Stop using C fidl bindings. In most of the cases, we had the allowlist
addition but didn't actually use the C bindings anymore. The one case
where we did still use the C bindings, getting and passing around block
device info, is converted to the llcpp bindings.
