[ermine] Defines nullSpec to hide a status entry. QuickUi services can return nullSpec, which is used to hide the UI for the service. This can come in handy for services which need to go away because some underlying dependency is gone. Ex: No bluetooth device to disconnect. Change-Id: I7a9639203b4dd08308190394df997ef14bd2c3d8
