[workstation_session] start using graphical presenter Uses the graphical presenter to launch elements in ermine. TEST= Added many unit tests. Manual testing can be done by launching an element and then closing it to see that it goes away. Change-Id: I713896ddefbf7ae4fd682f39b63b63f9b5974852
