[installer] Add script option for command line arguments This allows you to specify kernel command line options as an arg directly to the script rather than only accepting a kernel command file. If both the file and args are supplied, the args are appended to the end of the file. Change-Id: Id4f17f49699e1121ddbcde96b97eb2e3f7b9afa8
