[ledger][benchmarks] Add benchmark for page pre-caching. Test: Check output of add_new_page_precached.tspec benchmark Bug: LE-617 Once LevelDb instances are pre-cached, Ledger::GetPage will have an improved perforance when requesting new pages, with sufficient time gap between two requests. This CL adds a new benchmark to capture that improvement once LE-617 is done. Before that, the results of add_new_page_precached benchmark are expected to be similar to those of add_new_page. Peridot is a framework for composed, intelligent and distributed user experiences.
Applications not explicitly designed to interoperate (and possibly implemented in different programming languages) are ephemerally downloaded and dynamically composed to run in a shared context. The framework manages application lifecycle, resources and view hierarchy; and well as context and suggestion infrastructure.
State of Peridot experiences is transparently synchronized across user devices using a distributed offline-first storage system.
